Discord, Checked Off the To-Do List

Early this morning, AJ Hunsinger created the League of Outlaws Discord server that will be used to connect with racers in the league.

“Our Discord will be used similarly to how all your other typical iRacing racing leagues use their Discord. We can’t fully set it up and add all the text and voice channels because we don’t know exactly what we will need but, the Discord is there and we can begin recruiting.” said AJ Hunsinger when asked about it.

He also went on to say that he plans to use it differently than most other typical leagues use theirs.

“You would be surprised how few leagues out there these days have a website. Most leagues are ran by word of mouth, on social media, and on Discord. And most of them create content, display information like schedules, results, and points standings through Discord. It works, but in my opinion it is an unprofessional and horrible way to display information to the world. My plan is to change the game and be a legitimate and professionally ran racing league. We will use our Discord, but all the information like results, schedules, and the points standings will be on the website and presented in a professional and proper way that is easy to find, easy to read, and interactive. One weapon we have is Race Points Manager and I can’t wait to announce that.”

The League of Outlaws Discord can be found HERE.
